Is it any wonder that the millions of people logging on to the Internet each day will fall victim to the many claims of fast money and overnight fortunes. we are living in a new age, the technology is changing faster than many of use can keep up with. We get our information faster then the speed of light it seems. No more waiting to get back to our computers just get your email on your phone or PDA device. Yes the world is getting smaller and faster every day.

Is faster always better?
In some case yes I think it's great that I can share ideas and information with my Online Business Alliance friends and partners half way around the world in seconds rather than waiting for a snail mail to make it. Yes this type of technology is of great use to us.

But does it send the wrong message. When we are first introduced to the wonders of the online world we perceive this to be a magical wonderland where anything is possible and that can be dangerous. In many cases this will be used against us especially when searching for information about making money online. Just Googling the phrase making money online returns some outrageous headlines such as "start making money in15 minutes" or "fast money make extra $1000.00 income for life". I think if you were to see these types of claims in the off line world you would think twice but online we are in a magical place and stuff happens in the click of a mouse.

I have been online since 2004. I fell for this type of advertising. Your darn right I did, my eyes were popping out of my head. I said sign me up how much? $50.00,$100.00, $1000.00 no problem I'm going to be rich in a few days anyway, right? Boy was I wrong not only did I lose a lot of money, I lost time, and energy. Three steps backwards fast is slow.
