FULL potential of OBA

Have you ever stepped from a dark room into the bright sunlight? You can't see anything. You squint, you hesitate, you put your hand up to shield your eyes.
It takes a while for your eyes to get accustomed to the light. Once they do, everything is easy to see.
It's the same thing here. It takes a while for your mind to bring all of the pieces into focus.
...
Did you say the FULL potential of OBA?! OK... but you asked for it.
All businesses earn profits as the result of the efforts of other people. That's what a business is. Pizza Hut earns profits as a result of teenagers making and delivering pizzas. A hospital earns profits as a result of highly skilled doctors performing intricate surgeries.
People work to earn income. The teenagers make and deliver pizzas because they want the income. The doctors perform surgery because they want the income.
Generally speaking, a business with highly skilled and extremely motivated people is more profitable than a business with poorly skilled people who lack motivation. Whether it's providing customers with pizzas, auto repair, home construction, or open heart surgery, the business with the best people is more successful and therefore more profitable.
Over the past 5 decades or so, there has been a trend among many businesses toward increasing profit potential not by having highly skilled and extremely motivated people, but instead by designing and implementing systems that would allow them to serve a greater number of customers using moderately skilled (and minimally motivated) employees. MacDonald's is a classic example of a highly successful and extremely profitable business that uses systems to compensate for minimal employee skill and motivation.
Today we see two distinctly different approached to business. We see businesses that earn profits from the efforts of the most highly skilled and extremely motivated people... and we see businesses that use systems to increase the profits they're able to earn from the efforts of moderately skilled and minimally motivated people.
Imagine yourself as the owner of a business that does both.
Imagine that your business uses systems which enable it to serve customers around the world and profit from the efforts of people with minimal skill levels and at the same time automatically identifies, attracts, trains, encourages, rewards... and profits from... people who are highly skilled and extremely motivated.
Imagine sitting in a room with 500 other people who are all very successful, highly skilled, extremely motivated... and personally sponsored by you in your OBA business even though none of them were originally sponsored by you.
These people are the best of the best of tens of thousands of people who entered your business at some point in your group and gravitated to the top of your business as they progressed through the AdSpaces and were passed up and up and up and up until they reached your first level.
These are the people who "get it" and see what OBA is and how it works and what it can mean to their families and to their descendants and to millions of people all over the world.
Would you feel pretty secure about your business, your profits, and your retirement income?
Now imagine at the same time knowing that there are tens of thousands of other people working in your business to achieve their own goals. Some of these people are more skilled and some are less skilled, but your business has systems in place that were specifically designed to enable anyone to start, manage, and grow their buisness to whatever level they want... no matter what their skill level was when they first discovered OBA.
Imagine your business expanding by hundreds of people each month, and knowing that every single one of those people can achieve their goals by working to promote their own business... which builds your business at the same time... and that the best of the best of all those thousands of people will eventually find his or her way to the very top of your business where he or she will be personally sponsored by you.
That's the true power of the AdSpaces!
Yes, the AdSpaces create tremendous income potential (and the programs featured in the AdSpaces create tremendous monthly income potential) but the real benefit of the AdSpaces is their ability to provide you with predictable, rock-solid, ever-increasing residual income by acting as a "magnet" to attract the best of the best from your entire group and deposit them at the very top of your business... where they will be personally sponsored by you!
...
OBA is a $5 business to people who are not yet prepared to see beyond a $5 business.
OBA is a bigger business to people who are prepared to see a bigger business.
OBA is a tremendously powerful business to people who are prepared to see a tremendously powerful business.
But what OBA really is... is a system of layered systems.
To a person who wants to make a few dollars selling ebooks and software, OBA is a very good system to make a few dollars selling ebooks and software.
Within that system exists a system that a person can use to make money leasing and sub-leasing advertising space.
Within that system exists a system that a person can use to create a recurring monthly income in a series of featured online programs without the need to separately promote any of those program.
Within that system... and above all of the other systems... and beneath all of the other systems... and surrounding all of the other systems... is the system that will ultimately determine who will succeed and who will fail. It's also the system that many people completely overlook.
The system that I'm referring to is the system that a person can use to increase his or her value to others.
Yes, OBA provides a number of systems that a person can use to make money and create an income... but success is reserved for those who make themselves valuable to others... and OBA also provides a very good system that you can use to make yourself valuable to others.
Most people think success is a result of what they do... but success is really a result of what we can help others do.

And speaking of business trends and potential...
Life is impacted by business trends. Business trends are determined by consumer demand.
Right now there is a particular product that is experiencing unprecedented demand. That product is "additional income". By any measure, there is greater demand for additional income today than ever before, and by all indications that demand will continue to grow beyond the foreseeable future.
For a business to be able to provide "additional income" as a product, that business must be able to provide (1) information, (2) systems, (3) resources, and (4) training and support.
Computers are unmatched in their ability to deliver information, implement systems, and enable people to access resources.
The OBC is unmatched in its ability to deliver training and support.
As an OBA business owner, you have an Internet-based business at the forefront of a massive trend to deliver a product that is in demand by more people than at any other time in history. Your business uses computers to make additional income available to people around the world. Your customers have access to exactly the same information, systems, resources, and training and support that you use... and their efforts contribute to your success.
That's today.
What about tomorrow?
Systems are constantly improving. Technology is advancing at a tremendous pace and much of that technology will be available for application toward system improvement.
Computer literacy is exploding. Computer availability is exploding. Computer technology is exploding. More people have access to more powerful computers... and are more skilled at using those computers... today than ever before.
As systems continue to improve, as technology makes it even easier to deliver our message, as computer literacy and availability continue to expand, as the demand for additional income continues to increase... what will that mean for you and for your OBA business?
It will mean that you will be able to watch your OBA business change the way people live.
Not too many years ago there was no such thing as a search engine. Today people use search engines to perform billions of searches every day. Search engines have become a part of life.
Not too many years ago there was no such thing as email. Today people send and receive billions of emails every day. Email has become a part of life.
Not too many years ago there was no such thing as fast food. Today people spend billions of dollars on fast food every day. Fast food has become a part of life.
Can you see a time when OBA becomes a part of life?
Can you see a time when hundreds of thousands of people around the world are working in your OBA business? Can you see a time when your group grows by hundreds of people every day? Can you see a time when you make more money every day than you did the day before? Can you see a time when your wealthy neighbors brag to their relatives that they live next door to one of OBA's pioneers?
Can you see a time when no child in your town goes hungry? Can you see a time when no family in your town has to sleep in a car? Can you see a time when no challenge can stand before millions of OBA friends and partners?
That's the full potential of OBA!
And if you can't see it yet, don't worry. Just give your eyes some time to get accustomed to the light.
Your friend and partner,
Dave

As a new member of OBA I must say that I am both, overwhelmed and overjoyed. I am overwhelmed by the vast amount of data available to help me or anyone successfully begin a home based online business. Overjoyed because I finally found a group of people that are honest, open minded, and selfless.
I stumbled upon OBA in another forum by purchasing a $5.00 piece of software that I truly needed. I had no idea that there was a "free business" attached to that purchase. I am so glad there was and even more glad that it was OBA!
I have been reading the various posts on the forums and now in this blog with an open mind and open heart. I have been online for over six years trying to find that one thing, that one product or service that was going to make me rich. I have so many thousands of dollars, money that I never really could afford to spare, yet have not made even 1% back. In the OBA forum I read some post that were truly inspirational, I'd venture to say downright spiritual. Not religious, while I do believe in god, I keep away from businesses that purport to promote god. My beliefs are mine and are private, as is my relationship with god. However, when people open up and share honestly and give of themselves freely it makes me want to be a part of that. There are so many shady "businesses" online that it makes one, or rather it made me, a skeptic. I have been a member of several business oriented forums and no matter what they espouse, everyone is out for themselves. They would virtually smile in your face while virtually stabbing you in the back. I have not gotten that feeling from OBA. In fact it has been contrary to that. I have found the OBA system to be a friendly environment with a complex layering of businesses all wrapped up in a simple model for even someone like me to emulate and succeed in. I admire the relationships that have been forged by members on OBA and hope to forge my own. I love the respectful manner in which everyone addresses other members. It seems that people are more giving than they are of taking, here in OBA, and I hope to have a long, long career in OBA. Who knows, maybe one day there will be an OBA convention and I'll be able to attend and meet face to face some of the wonderful people I have been encountering thus far.
I thank god for the day I decided to buy the software that made it possible for me to become a part of OBA.
Sincerely,
Gilberto Cintron
