Loyalty

Team,
Allow me to mention something important that is sometimes overlooked.
Whether you're a doctor or an auto mechanic, a lawyer or a house painter, a plumber or a restaurant owner... or an OBA Business Owner... the single most important element that you can build into your business is loyalty.
You want to create loyalty among your customers, your suppliers, your partners, your employees, and yes, even among your competitors if possible.
Without loyalty, everything you do will crumble as fast as you build it. Your customers will leave you, your partners will be distracted and ineffective, your suppliers will schedule deliveries to you last, your employees will call in sick when they're not, and your competitors will conspire against you.
With loyalty, your efforts will compound and your business will thrive. Your customers will only buy from you, your partners will be focused and energized, your suppliers will offer you special discounts, your employees will be reliable and enthusiastic, and your competitors will show you the respect and trust that you deserve.
How do you build loyalty?
Communication + Positive Action = Loyalty
Communication means that I find out what you need.
Positive Action means that I find a way to help you get what you need.
Everyone who purchases an ebook from you needs something. If you can find out what that is... and then take positive action to help them get what they need... you'll never again have to worry about failing.
Because the loyalty that you're building in your business simply won't allow you to fail.
Your friend and partner,
Dave
